What we collect
When you call, email or send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, property address and a description of the work.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange an inspection, prepare a quotation, carry out and invoice agreed work, and honour our workmanship guarantee. We do not sell your information.
Lawful basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform that contract, and where required to meet legal obligations such as keeping financial records.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with them, and job records for as long as required for accounting and guarantee purposes.
Online enquiries, chat and cookies
Our enquiry form is hosted by ScaleSuite and our chat is provided by LeadConnector. Information you submit through these services is processed to help us respond to you. These embedded services may use cookies or similar storage and make requests to their providers when they load. The form includes the provider's cookie-consent integration.
