Our story
A tradesman first, a business second
Robert (Robbie) Flanagan has worked in the building trade for 27 years and has run his own company for the last 15. Restoreworks Ltd is the result: a Farnborough-based business that helps homeowners restore, renovate and renew the outside of their homes.
We specialise in rendering (including silicone and monocouche systems), repointing, fascia and soffit renewal, guttering, fencing and roofing, from small repairs to re-roofs, felt and GRP flat roofs, chimneys and lead work.
What you get is simple: a free inspection, honest advice on what your property actually needs, a clear written quotation, and work carried out carefully with your home and garden respected throughout.
We work from our base at 13 Melrose Avenue, Farnborough, across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, as well as Twickenham.
Who we help
- Homeowners with tired, cracked or stained render
- Households with leaking gutters or rotting fascias
- Owners of older brick homes needing repointing
- Anyone needing a roof repair, re-roof or new fence
What we do
Mission and standards
How we work on every job
Inspect before we quote
We look at the wall, roofline or roof properly and find the cause, not just the symptom. Inspections and quotations are free.
Clear, honest pricing
Every job is priced on quotation, in writing, before anything is agreed. No pressure, no obligation. Payment is by bank transfer.
Careful, tidy workmanship
Preparation comes first, your property is protected, and the site is left clean. Every job carries a 1-year workmanship guarantee.
